The Boy, a Dragon, and the Cave of Shadow

A young boy finds himself in a dark cave, alone and afraid. He doesn't feel good. He doesn't know why. Then a small green dragon appears and tells the boy that it isn't his fault he's in the cave, but a great task has been set before him -- defeat an ancient evil known as the Shadow. To do so, the boy must pass several trials and obtain a powerful magic called the Light. But the Light, while powerful against the Shadow, comes at a cost. Each spell harms the boy. Racing against time, the boy and his new friends must confront the Shadow before it consumes his entire world.
