Former FBI Special Agent Kade Black is wanted for a crime he didn’t commit. The kind of crime handled outside the normal courts of law. Renditions. Interrogations. A cryptic trail left by a dead Russian double agent is his only hope. When the trail leads him to the rugged Oregon coast in his battered RV, Kade isn't the only surprise for the sleepy little town.
